ER Group were called late at night to attend a severe water leak at Camden High Street Dental Practice. Upon arrival we found significant amounts of water were entering the practice reception area as a result of a breach in the tired and old asphalt roof. We were able to temporarily patch the leak that night preventing further water damage occurring to the property.

The following day we immediately erected temporary roof covering offering protection from the elements.

Once the building was watertight thanks to the temporary roof covering we were able to strip off the old asphalt. Next the fall of the roof was altered and new 100mm PIR insulation was installed before a new EPDM membrane was fitted. Finally new lead flashings were installed before both parapet walls were re-pointed.

The practice is now dry as we prepare to execute internal works from the water damage.
