A defined scope, one coordinated programme
We begin by understanding the building, the intended outcome and the information already available. That may include drawings, a survey, a schedule of works, planning conditions, a conservation brief or a client’s own project notes.
Depending on the brief, the programme may include plumbing, electrical work, plastering and decorating, windows, doors, carpentry, small works and general building repairs. The scope should identify what is included, what requires further investigation and which decisions remain with the client or appointed professional team.
